What a difference a week makes, what will arguably be one of the fastest goals scored at Curzon Ashton the Whites found themselves 3-0 up within two minutes. Straight from the Kick Off Ryan played the ball into the path of the on rushing Conor to take two touches before dispatching the ball into the back of the net with less than 5 Seconds played. Goal number two came after a quick throw from Cian to Ryan who crossed to Conor at the far post. Goal number 3 this time Conor won the ball straight from the FC Blues kick off and finished with great composure. Goal number 4-0 came courtesy of a 12 yard thunderbolt from Cian's left boot that the Keeper didn't even see till after it end up in the top corner of the net. The Whites were relentless with their play in the first half leaving Louis and Lewis with nothing to do in Goals/Defence. Chances fell to Ryan, Cian, Conor and Hamza and before half time came Hamza helped himself to two goals created after harassing the defence and winning the ball before shooting into the back of the net. At half time Louis came out of Goal with Cian taking over between the sticks. At half time the boys were asked to take the opportunity to pass the ball around and that they did Louis and Lewis were more involved with more advanced rolls further up the pitch. Louis was unlucky not to claim his first goal for Springhead after his shot went under the keepers body only for him to somehow stop it ( dubiously) from crossing the Line. The last two goals of the game came when Hamza completed his Hat Trick and Conor scored his Fourth goal of the day.
